Conditions
Any damages to the premises or property of the Maple Ridge Golf Course will be the responsibility of the client and replacement or repair charges will be applied. The Maple Ridge Golf Course assumes no responsibility for any loss and/or damages to goods, property and/or equipment brought into the facility by the client or their guests. Consumption of alcoholic beverages are allowed within the licensed areas of the club (clubhouse, patio). It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all guests of the event are aware of and respect the golf course & clubhouse rules. Any alcohol given out as prizes may not be opened or consumed on the premises.
Hall Decoration
The Maple Ridge Golf Course must be consulted prior to the setting up of any displays or decorations, etc. Movement of any of the buildings contents or equipment is not permitted. The use of nails, staples, tacks, or glue on the walls are not permitted. The use of confetti is not permitted inside the clubhouse or on the grounds. Nothing is to be adhered or attached to the ceilings inside the clubhouse.
Provincial liquor laws prohibit alcohol service after 1:00 am on Friday and Saturday, 11:00 pm on Monday – Thursday & Sunday. All guests must vacate the Maple Ridge Golf Course property 30 minutes prior.
In the event of cancellation, less than 14 days prior to the date of the event, the tournament deposit charge will not be refunded.
The Maple Ridge Golf Course reserves the right to inspect and monitor all functions and to discontinue service to some or all guests in the event of a violation of the clubs policies or Provincial law. Smoking is prohibited within the clubhouse.
